What we collect, and why
This site collects one thing: what you type into the contact form. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no profile built about you.

01Who is responsible
This website is operated by Codesfarm. For anything on this page, or to exercise any of the rights in section 07, write to hello@codesfarm.com.
02What the contact form collects
When you submit the project intake form we receive the fields you filled in: your name, work email, and the description of your process, plus company, team size, budget range, and timeline where you supplied them. Nothing on the form is pre-filled from anywhere except the scoping console on this site, which keeps what you typed in your own browser until you submit it.
Our server also records the IP address the submission came from, briefly and in memory only, to rate-limit repeated posts. It is not written to a database and does not persist beyond the running process.
03What we do with it
Your submission is emailed to our team and answered. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly and nothing is processed by this site at all.
04Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The scoping console uses your browser’s session storage to carry a draft between two pages; it never leaves your device, and closing the tab clears it.
05Who else touches your data
Two processors are involved, and only because the site cannot function without them:
- Vercel hosts the site and, like any web host, writes standard request logs that include IP addresses.
- Our email provider carries the form submission from the server to our inbox. Which provider that is depends on how delivery is configured; ask us and we will tell you.
Both are contracted processors acting on our instructions. No one else receives your submission.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries live in our email for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and are deleted when it is not. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
07Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@codesfarm.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator; you do not need our permission to do so, though we would rather you raised it with us first.
08Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. We do not restamp it on every deploy, so that date reflects a real change to the text.

This page is a starting point drafted from what the site actually does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the operating entity, registered address, and governing law are not yet filled in. Set them before relying on this commercially.
